Unable to share dashboard: ‘type <lookup_table> does not exist’

When sharing a dashboard with a widget with a Lookup Table type Parameter fails with error.

## Expected Behavior

Should be able to share Dashboard.

2. Create a widget
3. Add a Lookup table type parameter to widget
4. Attempt to share dashboard
