List event definitions using a notification

## What?

When viewing a notification (`/alerts/notifications/$ID`) a list of all event definitions utilizing that notification should be displayed (preferably as links).

## Why?

* Ease of identifying where (or if) a notification is still in use.
* Ease of identifying and (if links) navigating to event definitions that need to be updated (e.g. changing to a new notification, adding an additional notification).
