Add 2-nodes cluster warning in datanode preflight

During preflight setup, we know that people are trying to provision a 2-node data node cluster. This is not safe, will lead to clustering and splitbrain problems in opensearch. We should warn users that such setup is not recommended and they need to add at least one more node.
