When changing stream rules from AND to OR, modal does not close after hitting confirm.

Description
## Expected Behavior
1) change stream rule from either AND to OR, or OR to AND.
2) hit confirm on the modal above
3) modal goes away
4) the change takes effect
## Current Behavior
Modal does not go away
The change does still take effect.
## Possible Solution
make it go away
