Description
## What?
Input setup Wizard's diagnosis page has a nice function where it reports the IP address configured for the input.
However, when the user configures it with 0.0.0.0 or 127.0.0.1 it ceases to be very helpful.
It would be nice if we could show the Publish URI in place of either of these, or if not set, the External URI
