Add opensearch_heap default setting to datanode.conf

Per discussion in Slack, please add a default setting for `opensearch_heap` in datanode.conf plus comments about what it means and what it does. This will ensure that our documentation can be consistent with regards to modifying a configuration parameter's value, versus asking to have the Graylog admin enter it manually.
