Creating Event Definition shows deleted streams/does not show recently created streams

## Expected Behavior

When selecting streams for a "Filter & Aggregation" condition, the list of streams should be up-to-date.

## Current Behavior

When removing streams just before creating an event definition, these streams will still show up in the streams dropdown of the "Filter & Aggregation" condition form. Vice versa for recently created streams, these will _not_ show up in the streams select.

## Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Remove streams
2. Create new event definition
3. Select "Filter & Aggregation" as condition type
4. Select stream from dropdown
