Description
## What?
Data adapters whose underlying implementation code have been removed still show as ok in the data adapters list:
But if the details are expanded it can be seen to not be working:
We should add handling to show some kind of indication that the data adapter implementation is missing from the list view.
## Why?
The GreyNoise Community Data Adapter was recently removed, presenting this issue. https://github.com/Graylog2/graylog2-server/pull/19927
