## What?
Allow users to collapse the "Rules quick reference" panel on the pipeline rule editor page
## Why?
This panel takes up a lot of valuable screen real estate and the small pipeline rule text editor can make editing longer lines (such as those with regex rules) difficult and cumbersome.
