Lookup table Menu entity table does not size properly and has right to left scroll bar

Menu Lookup Tables, does not look like caches and data adapters. It does not size to the current window size.
This has been fixed and broken a few times in the past.

## Expected Behavior
The Table in Lookup Tables should look the same as other similar table menus:
- caches
- data adapters
- Manage rules in pipeline rules
- System Grok patterns menu
- System Sidecar and table menus for (Admin, Failure Config, Tracking)
- Dashboards Menu
- Streams Table Menu

## Current Behavior
Currently functions differently than all the other mentioned menu entity tables.

## Possible Solution
Size to one page.
