Allow deleting a sidecar

## What?

Add the ability to delete sidecars from graylog.

## Why?

There is currently no way to manage or cleanup a sidecar list beyond the inactivity deletion threshold. A user may also have the same device show up twice if they reinstall the OS and the server uses a different sidecar node-id.
