Lookup Tables UI wider than screen requires scrolling

This issue has come up and been fixed multiple times. In the lookup tables area, all three for Cache, Lookup Tables and Data Adapters when populated do not show on one screen. A bottom bar is created.
## Expected Behavior
These Config UI tables should be on one screen? Are we adding configurable columns in this area of config?

## Current Behavior
Scroll is required to see the page.

## Possible Solution
Configurable viewable columns to hide certain columns.

## Context
This has been broken and fixed multiple times in the past. I'm not sure if this is now the intention or not.
