Description
## What?
There should be a more accessible way to find the Graylog information model schema documentation within the Graylog front end.
## Why?
Currently when you click on the "Manage Rules" button there are two links on the right side which send you to the same place. On the top upper right there is a link that is labeled "Pipeline rules documentation" and then in the box titled "Rules quick reference" there is another link that is labled "full documentation." Following the schema is important and unless we know ahead of time to follow the schema, we can make a bunch of fields not consistent. We would like to either replace the top link with one which forwards you to the following page https://schema.graylog.org/en/stable/
Or alternatively place a link right under it which says "Graylog Information Model schema". We don't need to explain the *what* in the link as all of that is already explained on the page already.
