## Description
Currently the the events and alerts overview only shows a loading indicator when opening the page:
When you change the filter type, for example from "Alerts" to "Events", we do not display a loading indicator.
When there are no events and you change the filter to "Alerts", it looks like there are no alerts as well, although the alerts are still being fetched.
