Search configuration changes are not directly visible on system configurations page.

## Expected Behavior

When changing e.g. the relative time range options, the change should be directly update the relative time range options overview on the system configurations page. Even when you open the modal again to configure the relative ranges it still shows the outdated state.

## Current Behavior

Currently it requires a reload to update the information.
