Search button indictor for changes is being displayed after submitting search, in a specific case.

## Expected Behavior

After submitting the search successfully, the indicator for changes (yellow bubble) should go away.

## Current Behavior

I found one case where the indicator is not going away:

1. Select stream A and stream B,
2. Submit the search
3. remove the stream selection
4. select stream B and stream A
5. submit the search
