Include stream outputs in streams overview.

## Description

It would be useful to know which outputs have been assign to a stream, in the streams overview.

If we include this information, we should not just list all outputs, because it does not scale. instead we could list a summary and if you hover over it, we could display a popover which includes a list of all outputs.
