Add Gauge Charts/Speedometer Charts visualizations for Dashboards options

## What?
Requesting to add visualizations for Dial Charts or Speedometer Charts so you can see a needle on a min / max range and the reference to an integer or perhaps a percentage as a gauge.

Common in the industry to have Gas Gauges / needles to show visual representations on many things like Mem usage, drive capacity or single counts based on a min/Max range

## Why?

Nice to have, very modern feeling with a Dashboard

Many uses of this representation of data over time.
