Editing interval in input configuration isn't intuitive

Description
## Expected Behavior
When editing the interval in the input configuration window, I expect to be able to clear out the entire value and type whatever interval I'd like.
## Current Behavior
When editing the interval, I either have to arrow up/down or use the arrow up/down buttons.
