Worldmap not displaying city/country names

Raised as suggested in https://community.graylog.org/t/issue-with-world-map-display/20338
## What?
On the worldmap when a location is clicked it displays the following:
**Name**
No metric defined
**Coordinates:**
55.7386,37.6068
Haven't been able to get the worldmap to display the city/country name when the popup is located, not sure if there is an extra
configuration item required.
## Why?
Would like the worldmap to be configured to allow it to display the city/country name when the location popup is activated
