Highlight value also in report

## What?

The option to "highlight this value" applies to a particular dashboard. If a widget from this dashboard is used in a report, the highlighting does not transfer to the report.
The highlighting present on a widget should carry over to a report containing that widget (maybe this should be optional?)

## Why?

I am using highlighted values on a dashboard to make the data tables clearer. In a report the mass of text could benefit from highlighting certain values of interest.
