Scroll to newly created aggregation element in aggregation builder.

## What / Why?
Currently a newly created aggregation element is being displayed at the bottom of the related section. This way it can be hard to find the newly created element.
To improve the experience we should scroll to the element, and may focus it. For example by focusing the first input or by displaying a different border color for the element container.
