Allow CEF plugin to store full message

While working on z4702, I found that the CEF plugin doesn't have the option to store the full message like Syslog does. The reason this is important is that this user is working with Checkpoint to try and figure out which messages Checkpoint is sending that don't conform to the CEF standard. Having the full message, rather than discarding it, would be useful.
