S3 Proof of concept

Build a proof of concept S3 integration. Create Lambda function that streams files from S3 and forwards them to Graylog. The goal is to provide this within 1 week or so. See the S3 Requirements document in confluence for details. Not all requirements need to be met for the proof of concept; it just needs to work end-to-end.
