Description

We expect the number of hosted projects to grow, and it would be nice to have a projects listing in a card layout, with a support of grouping and filtering. For inspiration, it could be a layout like https://blueswen.github.io/portfolio/

Research direction

Start by reviewing the repository website and the linked Blueswen portfolio example to understand the intended project-listing layout. Define the card content, grouping, and filtering behavior before implementation; done means hosted projects are presented in a browsable card layout with those capabilities.
