Add a way to hack running SDK addons

Description
Probably a **hack** button next to add-on disable / remove buttons in about:addons. Opened scratchpad will have to have a `require` from the associated add-on context. Also maybe a "new addon" button that would open a fresh jetpack context so you can start writing an add-on.
