Review command similar to tasksh review

Hi. Personally I'd like my time log to be well-kept, rounded to the next 15 min chunk and to describe the time I was working (tracking = working ; nothing = break).
Right now I am looking at reports like `timew gaps 2019-09-17 - 2019-09-18 && timew summary :id 2019-09-17` and manually editing the `.data` file in parallel.

It would be really cool to have a review feature similar to [tasksh review](https://taskwarrior.org/docs/review.html).

My goal is to review the data in order to fill gaps, round odd-numbered intervals and double check validity with task completed.
Seeing the time, the gaps and the performed TaskWarrior actions for a given day would be a super helpful command to me. Tracking last review time would also be helpful so I don't need to manually track which data was already reviewed and which wasn't.
