Description
The following feature would be perfect for time tracking with Timewarrior in device independent way: provide a hook script that would be able to record not only the time that was spend on a task on current host, but also that was downloaded during sync process.
For example. Take your Android phone with a Taskwarrior app installed outside your usual (work) place. Start a task on your phone, spend some time on it. Stop the task on your phone. Return back to your (work) place. Perform task sync command and the time spend on a task would be recorded by Timewarrior on local machine.
That way a person would be able to track time without being bound to a single computer.

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points to start from. First map how synchronization and hooks are handled in the project, then determine how synced task time could be transferred and recorded; done would mean a working device-independent hook with coverage for the described phone-to-work-machine scenario.
