Crossed text (striketrough effect)

Hello!
I would like to suggest a feature, more specifically a text effect: strikethrough (i.e. crossed-out text effect).
To be honest I was surprised that there is the underline effect, but no crossed-out effects.
This was (somewhat) already issued at #3614 by Felipe-9 here, but I think that having a issue on its own (not related to themes) would be great. I know the visual aspect is, to a certain extent, secondary, but still, would be a perfect addition in my opinion.
