Using expression of columns as a report column

I read the doc of reports, which introduces both builtin reports and custom reports. It is really nice. But I wonder is it possible to using expression of columns as a report column.

For example, It could be used when tracking Estimated Time and Actuall Spent Time, use "AST-ET" as a report column to show time difference.
