[Feature request] Allow changing the order of the list of modifications in the information report

Generally, to my understanding, things are listed in an order of most interesting at the top to least interesting at the bottom in taskwarrior. IMO, the most recent modifications of a task are more interesting than the oldest ones, so I would like the order of the list of modifications in `task info` to be reversed, either by default or through a setting in my `.taskrc`.

I'd be up to implementing this myself if it is a welcomed feature.
