Allow task descriptions and task annotations to have different colors

Often times my list is quite long; and it's hard even with an indent at 4 - 8 spaces to distinguish the difference between the task description or title (for me the most important) and any links/annotations i've added later.

It seems according to reviewing https://www.systutorials.com/docs/linux/man/5-taskrc/ ;; that the description and annotation colors are always the same, if I'm mistaken please do let me know. But it would be *very convenient* as it would let me distinguish between the most important data (title/description) from the annotations (supporting detail). Kind of like a topic sentence and supporting detail in a paragraph.
