[TW-1870] Recurring tasks spawned with silly "wait" dates

Moreover, it seems that if I have two instances of the same recurring task spawned at the same time, if I edit the "wait" time of one of them the other is affected as well. This was not the case with the version of taskwarrior I used to have in the past. I'm not sure whether this is the same bug or something else.
