[TW-1864] Dependencied displayed differently after syncing to new machine

I have the taskserver running on ubunty, and I also have a client setup on same machine working fine. I setup a client on my Mac (using homebrew install) and after I synced the tasks, I noticed that my "task next" output on the Mac is not correctly coloring/displaying the dependencies between two of my tasks. The urgency is also not calculated the same for the blocking task. I have attached two screenshots (with some personal details erased) to illustrate the problem. As you can see, on my linux client, task 19 has urgency of 9 and is in white at top of the list. In mac client, task 19 has urgency of 1 and is in bottom of list. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
