Description
Firstly, thanks for the awesome project - I'm already regularly using the GitHub and Jira integrations. A [Zendesk Ticket API](https://developer.zendesk.com/api-reference/ticketing/introduction/) integration would be very helpful for me as well. I'd be happy to contribute, although my Python is a bit rusty. Would that be accepted here?
