有时候插件不会生效，无法接管下载，直接使用了edge浏览器自带下载
使用了大概一个月了，这段时间关掉了idm想使用这个替代，但是接管下载很随意，有时候触发有时候不触发，没有idm插件的接管率那么高
可以增加一个右键菜单，可以直接手动触发更好
