How to control logs format?

### Expected behavior

There is a flag to control log lines format.
I would like to tell skaffold in what format to write logs consistently.

### Actual behavior

I can't seem to be able to tell skaffold what the log lines format is: lines, json.
This seems to be changing baszed on the environment where skaffold runs.
