[FR] Skaffold should allow user customization/expansion of the status check functionality (beyond current Transform[Allow|Deny]List feature)

Feature request to allow Skaffold to have more customization/expansion of the status check functionality. The goal here would be to ideally allow someone to easily add a CRD to be tracked by Skaffold as well as add the field(s) to track to define status and the mappings of yaml field to Skaffold status/action (X status -> READY, Y status -> FAILED, etc.)
