Description
* Reorganize the [Tutorials](https://skaffold.dev/docs/tutorials/) page into subsections for continuous development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
* Consider a matrix design that includes a column for each integration a user may be interested in so that they can easily identify the best tutorial for their use case.
