Feature Request: Profile Dry Run

Reasoning about Profiles can get a bit challenging, especially when you introduce multiple profiles and multi-config deployments.

It would be really helpful to have a feature to do a "dry run" of a skaffold command and see the exact skaffold config that gets rendered based on what ever profiles are configured and passed in (or kubeconfig present).

This is particularly important when first authoring a new profile.
