Feature Request: Allow configuring hostAliases for custom source hosts

### Describe the feature

Problem Statement: Config Sync is currently unable to reach git repositories in environments where the hostname cannot be resolved by the cluster's DNS provider.

Proposed Solution: Implement the ability to configure hostAliases for Config Sync deployments. This will allow customers to manually define the necessary DNS entries at the pod level, ensuring successful repository connectivity.
