feateng.ipyb - CalledProcessError running Cloud DataFlow job

Hi

I am using feateng.pynb in Lab 7 of the Serverless Machine Learning with Tensorflow on Google Cloud Platform course on Coursera.

I've attempted the lab 5 times, and each time I get dependency errors installing the packages when running the first paragraph, and then a CalledProcessError when attempting to run the Cloud DataFlow job.

I've contacted Qwiklabs Support and they just keep telling me to Reset Session after I've installed the packages, but have been careful to do this each time I have attempted the lab.
