CSV URL for feat.cols_tf.data.ipynb doesn't exist

[feat.cols_tf.data.ipynb](https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/training-data-analyst/blob/master/courses/machine_learning/deepdive2/introduction_to_tensorflow/labs/feat.cols_tf.data.ipynb) exercise is about loading CSV data as feature columns. And in the notebook the URL for the CSV file is: ```URL = 'https://storage.googleapis.com/applied-dl/heart.csv'' ```

But said URL doesn't exist and hence one is not able to proceed with the notebook & exercise. See screenshot below:

Not sure what is the correct URL path for the CSV file. Hence raising an issue - for it to be corrected as needed.
