Determining the status of a particular job in the past from the testgrid

Referring to this [page](https://testgrid.k8s.io/redhat-openshift-ocp-release-4.10-informing#Summary), I can determine the status of a particular job (periodic-ci-openshift-multiarch-master-nightly-4.10-ocp-e2e-aws-arm64) as FLAKY at the current timestamp. The issue is, 'I want to know the status of this particular job as FLAKY or not on, say for example, October 27, 2021. Is there a way to know that from the testgrid?
