Request: Flaking job tab names are coloured differently for easier visual indicator

Right now if I have a board open I can see at a glance which jobs are failing as their tab name text is in red (example from the k8s [sig-release-master-informing board](https://testgrid.k8s.io/sig-release-master-informing)):

However on the Summary tab it is clear that there are also jobs that are flaking:

It would be nice if I could also see which jobs are flaking based on the colour of their text. That way, I don't have to go back to the Summary tab every time I want to check which jobs are flaking or check every tab manually -- I can just click on the flaking tab directly.
