Highlight long-failing tests in the UI

This is a vague idea brought up at standup, but a couple ideas:

1. Indicate on the grid view (e.g. a sad face on the cells that gets more obvious the longer the test has been failing, or similar but on the row name)
2. Indicate on the Summary tab (e.g. next to each row)
