Description
Support for migrating Neo4j database to Spanner Graph.
Only schema less Spanner Graph will be supported for now.
Add basic support for creating base tables for schema less Spanner Graph (eg: https://docs.cloud.google.com/spanner/docs/graph/manage-schemaless-data#create-input-tables)
