Description
Please outline the steps for upgrading an existing cluster to ASM.
We built our cluster using terraform scripts from the Solution Acceleration Toolkit, and now Google is requiring us to utilize ASM due to Istio's deprecation. It would be beneficial if you provided upgrade instructions.
