Description
As per the [templates-v0.9.3](https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/solution-acceleration-toolkit/tree/templates-v0.9.3) code, the recommended service mesh for **safer-cluster-update-variant gke cluster** is [ISTIO](https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/solution-acceleration-toolkit/blob/templates-v0.9.3/templates/tfengine/recipes/resources.hcl).
But GCP is recommending to moving for **Anthos Service Mesh**, so what would be the best month for new deployments and existing deployments.
