Project cleanup scripts should delete Cloud Identity groups left as well

The presubmit integration tests also create and destroy Cloud Identity groups as part of it. Similar to projects, some groups can be left un-cleaned up if some errors occurred during the integration tests run. The deletion script should be extended to clean up groups as well.
